Sundays between 2:00pm and 2:45pm for Reception and Year 1.

Sundays between 2.00pm and 3:00pm for Year 2 and Year 3.

Sundays between 2.00pm and 3:30pm for Year 3, Year 4. Year 5. Year 6 and Year 7.

Youth Coaching @ Castle Rushen High School

Wednesdays between 6:30pm and 8:30pm for Year 8, Year 9 and Year 10, alongside senior training.

During Half-Terms we usually train during the first weekend of the holiday and NOT in the second week.
